Students will be exposed to excellent literature with quality vocabulary and sentence structure; diverse and multicultural themes; a variety of illustrations styles. Students will have the opportunity to study in-seat and at home. The stories I have chosen will relate to students' different interests and age levels. I'm very excited to partner with you and get started giving our students a world outlook. Books will be explicitly taught in small group format. The globe will be helpful as students find and label locations related to each story. Of course, all of these books align to Missouri Learning Standards.
