Help me transform my classroom for my students who are in the classroom learning or at-home learning. I'm currently teaching at a school that still has chalkboards in the classroom. Some neighboring teachers have crafted a solution to putting up dry erase boards in their room but mine currently is in need of an update.
Help me engage my students with the dry-erase boards! Students love writing on boards and answering questions. With dry erase boards students love them even more. I have individual boards for my students and they love working out problems on these and sharing their answers. If we had a big whiteboard in the room I would have even more student engagement and more participates willing to come up to the board to help show others their solutions.
While the chalkboards work and I use them often I would love to update this for my students. The chalk dust aggravates some student's allergies and the dust from erasing gets everywhere. The dry erase board has proven to be more fun and more engaging for my students. Please help me update my classroom and make it more modern and engaging for my amazing students!
