These ab wheels and resistance bands will be used by members of our football team for off-season training. They can be used either at home or during group training sessions at school. The students will use the wheels to strengthen their core/trunk to become stronger, perform better, and help reduce injuries. Our school's weight room is currently closed due to Covid-19 protocols, so having this equipment will greatly benefit our students and allow them to continue to train their bodies for the upcoming season. We are a small district with a limited budget, so every little bit of equipment that we could acquire is an absolute blessing.

About my class
