On March 8, all of my students are coming back into the classroom. This will enable me to focus my attention on teaching them different projects in visual arts with the pens, watercolor, and colored pencils I'm requesting. The pieces that these children create will be saved and compiled to present to our community in a virtual art show in June. The work the students will be creating will touch on varied forms of art. For example, I will teach them drawing, sketching, charcoal, watercolor, acrylic painting, etc. The theme of the art show is centered around seventh grade medieval history. Their completed pieces will be landscapes, shields, three dimensional historical figures, portraits, and covers for their poetry books. The final piece will be a mural for our school.
