I am coming to Kindergarten after 3 years in 2nd grade, and I want to be sure that the reading tools and resources I have to offer my students are not only grade-level and developmentally appropriate, but also spark a love of reading in their hearts! Well over 50% of my students speak Spanish as a first language, so providing First Little Readers in English/Spanish is a brilliant way to honor their first language, as well as engage their parents at home. Phonics and Word Family tools are also an integral part of laying an solid early literacy foundation. I want to give my students everything they need to become strong readers. Your support would make such a difference!
