Oftentimes Physical Education is thought of as only sports or running. For some kids, PE can be a very intimating class period where they might feel judged by their peers. With this project, I am hoping to develop a strength program that will allow students who don't enjoy team sports a chance to thrive and focus on themselves. This project will directly allow students to grow physically and mentally by gaining strength, stamina, and confidence. This equipment will help students build a positive relationship related to physical fitness and overall health.
