With this project, I will learn research based skills and strategies to best teach students how to read. I will get materials to help students and learn multi-sensory approaches to teaching reading. I will help struggling readers close the achievement gap. This project will help students close the reading achievement gap at our school and in our state. It will allow students who are at-risk to become on grade level proficient readers. Through this project I will learn how to successfully teach students how to learn to read using research based interventions.

About my class
