I am requesting an iPad to use with my students in both online and in-class instruction. With this device, I will create visuals (illustrations, charts, vocabulary) and videos that will help my students master the content with the appropriate language support. Many of my students say that they have difficulty completing assignments at home.
Creating materials that can be shared online will be a perfect way to continue helping students at home, especially in the following months that they will be preparing for state testing and their journey to 5th grade.
I have chosen to think about distance learning not as a problem but as an opportunity to improve. For this reason, providing quality education to students that come to school and those who connect virtually is my main priority.
