This project will provide my students with sensory objects that they can personally use at home and at school.
Sensory objects are more than just toys, they stimulate a student’s senses. These objects can be used for students that are overstimulated and need a break when the world has just been a little too much. They can also help give a student the sensations they want. These types of sensory toys are perfect before calm down time, after an overwhelming activity, or before a difficult task in class.
My students also need an extra laptop in our classroom. This added technology will be used to complete digital learning activities, assignments, and to practice fine motor skills.
