The fidget toys will aid students with sensory processing disorders, ADHD, or even students who exhibit stress and anxiety. Fidgets keep the body active, making room for the student to better engage in communication, reading, and listening. Having their own at their desks will also reduce behaviors or arguing over who gets what. These will also help with social distancing and protect the students with sanitary requirements. During independent work students will have the option to take a sensory break and use their individualized bins to help ease frustrations. They will also learn how to put together hands on materials.
