As an ESOL teacher for 9 different 2nd and 3rd grade classes, I spend a lot of time moving from room to room and student to student. I travel between my classroom and theirs, making connections, providing supports, and teaching the English language to encourage success for each of my students. At our school "Every Student Counts, Every Moment Matters." With a travel cart, I will be able to efficiently move from class to class and have all our supplies and materials within reach at all times.
My students will benefit from this by having more time for direct instruction. The more I can push into the classrooms and support my students alongside their classroom teacher, the more they will learn. Let's make every minute count!
