With the various vocabulary words, concepts, and topics that students learn in my English I and II Pre-AP classrooms, I want them to have a break from technology to construct beautiful hands-on projects using the colored pencils and posters I requested.
I do not want to burden my students with bringing in supplies during this challenging year. Instead, I want to provide the supplies that they need, so they can prioritize their creativity and mastery of the content. The tablet will help me be more efficient at monitoring the completion of projects! Rather than carrying my bulky laptop, I can use the tablet to remind students of directions, help with brainstorming, or clarify a concept as I am monitoring.
