Teaching during the pandemic means that I have taught remotely. A second computer monitor would allow me to keep my presentations moving using many tabs and windows while letting me view my entire class and assess how they are following the lesson material. At present I have to share my one screen with small pictures of my students as well as the screen I am presenting while making sure that the next websites or songs are ready to go for the next part of the lesson. Being able to see all my students on a full screen would be fabulous!
