Children will be able to choose books at their own level. The books will interest them and will live and enjoy reading. These books will stay in thw classroom a d be able to be signed out for reading to a parent at home. The writing journals will be used for writing about the books that they are reading. Thry will also be used for reflection of the day and what was their favorite part of the day. The crayons will be used to add color to all of their drawings in the journal.
