The students will have the opportunity to be exposed to the Culinary World from the perspective of Management by way of using technology to help with inventory control, ordering,and planning. The students will all have the opportunity to do this in a professional kitchen setting and will help prepare them for the hospitality industry as a whole, not just as a professional chef. Technology has just as much a place in the hospitality industry as any other and exposure is definitely needed for my students. The way to teach today’s children is to teach with technology.
