Students need social emotional skills so that they can not only get along with others, but also to be successful learners in the classroom. These skills help students in school and in life. I am creating a toolbox of items to help teach a variety of social emotional skills to children. These include books to be read aloud and discussed with students, as well as workbooks, and books with activities to improve mindfulness. Together, my students and I will learn about empathy, kindness, managing emotions, positivity, and so much more.
