With hybrid learning, the expectation is teachers are simultaneously teaching in-person and online to students at home. With one monitor, teachers' ability to monitor students online is significantly impacted. Right now, our teachers can only see what they are presenting to students OR see the students attending the live lesson. This conflict impedes teachers' ability to ensure the best possible education for students in the hybrid setting.
It is so important to us at MES that our teachers are equipped with appropriate technology to teach students equitably.
