Young learners can struggle to identify big feelings and to develop skills to move past big feelings. This can result in road blocks to learning, relationship building, and overall success in the school setting. Over the past year, more and more students seem to be struggling with big emotions and the ability to regulate these emotions. These books and access to resources created by teachers like me on teachers pay teachers will allow my students this year and in subsequent years to better understand the feelings we all have, obstacles we all face and how to manage or overcome them for success in and out of the classroom.
