My 7th grade health classes are high-flex periods, which mean I have hybrid students AND remote students learning simultaneously during the same periods. Teaching a lesson without headphones is very difficult, because while the students need to hear me to learn, I can also hear myself speaking when I am in the classroom and students can all hear each other's devices. It makes it difficult to concentrate. I also work hard to keep in-person students protected with masks that fit and supplies to keep them as COVID free as possible.
