The iPad in the classroom brings education to life. Interactive technology makes learning more engaging and memorable. I want to support my English Language Learners in many ways. IPads in the classroom has a positive effect on development of children's literacy and numeracy skills. It can even help enhance children's communication skills! There are many great apps that can boost my ELLs’ skills in reading, writing, listening, and speaking. For example, FluentU will work wonders in my classroom. FluentU has a wide array of English videos. My students will get extremely excited when they see their favorite videos pop up in the classroom. Fun English is another app that can help my English Learners with everything from pronunciation to spelling to vocabulary. The iPad will help my students retain information they have learned in a fun way. The iPad can even be used as an incentive when my students have completed their work.
The printer will bring life to the learning materials used in the classroom. Color makes the content look richer and more memorable. Quality color printing is a key asset in creating interactive visual aids. I can print classwork, games, activity posters, and homework in color to instinctively draw my students' attention and pique their interest. Color is the best option for an enriching learning environment.
