The books purchased for this project will be used so that our school can participate in One School One Book, which is a National reading campaign that promotes a school culture based on a love of reading.
Each student K-5 is given the same copy of the same book and as a school we read it together. Students will be asked to read at home with their families or in class with their teachers. Students will never be asked to read the books alone as the purpose of this project is to foster a love of reading while building a strong building culture.
