My classroom is designed to be flexible, supportive, and responsive to student needs. The space centers around small-group instruction, with flexible seating and a small carpeted area that provides a comfortable reading space. Literacy resources, including a classroom library and targeted instructional materials, are easily accessible to support intervention. Positivity posters and visual supports are displayed throughout the room to promote a growth mindset and reinforce expectations. Overall, the classroom is a safe, structured environment where students receive the academic and social-emotional support they need to grow and feel a sense of belonging.
