These books will be used for my second-grade students both in school and at home. We are currently in our nonfiction reading unit. Many of my students do not have access to books to read at home and this project will support allow them to bring books home. My second-grade students need access to books with a wide range of levels to read independently both at school and at home. My students love reading nonfiction books and love learning new facts about topics of their choice. They take home books each week so that in the event of a school closure they will have books to read.
