Having books that address a variety of cultures, languages, and worldviews helps our students broaden their own perspectives. It causes them to empathize in new and fresh ways, and gives their stories validity.
The books in this project will enable students to more deeply understand themselves and those around them.
During our reading times, students will be able to connect with these story, creating better thinkers, writers, and dreamers. These books will open up conversations about quality writing, the power of story, and most importantly about the power of love.
About my class
