During the 2020 COVID-19 shutdown a pipe burst in our school and flooded my classroom and storage closet. I lost over 100 books! Insurance replaced only a few of the books. This project aims to rebuild the our classroom library. It is filled with board books to enhance the curriculum for my students.
My students LOVE thematic learning and board books are a great introduction to reading for PreK students. Each board book has been carefully selected to match a theme or skill that we teach throughout the year. These books will continue to enhance the print-rich classroom that I strive to create. My classroom library is a place that my students really enjoy! This project will create readers!
