The students of my fully self-contained middle school program, are amazing, hard-working, and have shown admirable resilience throughout their individualized challenges. They each have unique and special needs, and have been working extremely hard to develop the confidence to showcase their abilities. The projects and work that my students have accomplished over the course of these past school years, shows that despite the obstacles that are put in their path, they can use thrive skills like cooperation, empathy, resilience, responsibility, communication, perseverance, mindfulness, and optimism to succeed in and contribute to their classroom and community.

About my class
