With Covid 19, I teach art on a cart using mostly colored pencils and crayons. Oil pastels are amazing! They will add a whole new dimension to children's art work. We can even use them like paint but without the mess. Add a little baby oil and a few Q tips, and kids can actually paint like the masters! And if we have to go back to distance learning, they can take the oil pastels home and continue creating beautiful art. What an opportunity for my students to help achieve their dreams.
