I am requesting funding for a HP color printer/scanner for our elementary school office.
Currently we must send projects to the copy machine to be printed, but there is usually a wait time because the machine is also being utilized by all of our staff. By having our own dedicated color printer/scanner, the office staff which consists of the principal, secretary and nurse will be able to quickly complete many daily tasks needed such as printing attendance, student records, letters to parents, student reports, awards and certificates, medication orders, etc.
Our district's technology funding is very limited this year which prohibits us from being able to purchase this printer so we would be most appreciative if it could be funded through ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½! Thank you.
