My students will use these updated supplies to be able to grow their skill sets as they work through the Culinary Program at the high school level. I want to provide my students with all of the necessary materials to continue to develop their knowledge about the Culinary industry by being able to use the correct and updated types of machinery. Even if they end up choosing to not going into a career in Culinary, they will get the opportunity to develop new skills that they can use at home for themselves or preparing meals for family and friends.

About my class
