Working in special education, data collection of student behaviors is vital for progress monitoring of student goals based on their IEP. I am requesting help to obtain a tablet because when we return to on-campus teaching, I will be teaching both students who are in-person and online at the same time. I will be in need of a device that can easily be accessed and walk around with to collect data on during our live instruction.
My students would benefit from this resource by the data that will be collected on this device will help me to get a better idea of what areas of strength and weaknesses my students have and how I can better serve them academically, socially, and emotionally.
As a result, I will then be able to write stronger IEP goals and provide quality information about my students to their parents. Thank you again for taking the time to visit and read about me and my amazing students.
