As a new teacher, I would love to build my classroom library with new books for my students. I believe teaching about diversity, social situations, emotions, and history are best done through picture books, to spark conversation and thought.
These books will continue to enhance my students' learning. I have selected books in a variety of levels, so students can successfully read independently, or challenge themselves and read with a partner or teacher on more complex texts. I have also chosen books that will interest my students, to encourage them to keep reading!
My students love to read, and not all of them have access to books at home. We would all be so grateful for these opportunities to read! Thank you for considering a donation to my classroom library!
