These books set forth a year's worth of reading both fiction and nonfiction; with a new book each week a month. These will help me to teach many areas including the learning new vocabulary words, foundational skills, as well as grammar skills, and help me to cover a wide range of standards needed to be reached at the Kindergarten level.
This will help to provide my students a strong reading curriculum base with a wide variety of books for them to enjoy, learn new vocabulary, and encourage reading at a young age.
