Our preschool students with special needs learn best in a structured learning environment where there are defined spaces for different activities. They sometimes need a cozy, calm place to go to have a quiet time with sensory objects in order to be ready to rejoin the group.
These quiet wall dividers will help us create defined spaces and a calm, quiet spot with a soft mat, sensory toys, and comforting items to help our preschool students develop self-regulation skills and be ready to learn.
Preschool occupational therapy services are embedded in the classroom environment. Having a space like this will enable students to get the interventions they need within their classroom.
