We are setting out to build a culture of reading at our school. We want students to fall in love with reading and explore as many books as possible. In order to do this, we want to build excitement by adding our very own book vending machine for all of our students to 鈥渟hop鈥 at! This machine in our lobby will get students hyped to read, as they will have the opportunity to use free tokens to select the books that most appeal to them, books that serve as both windows of future aspirations, mirrors to their lived experiences, and sliding glass doors into new worlds.
About my class
