Apple iPads will make a huge difference in my students' learning. I will be able to reach my more disengaged students by giving them access to a variety of learning materials that are only available on an iPad.
Giving underrepresented students a chance to experience hands-on quality Computer Science activities shows them that they have a place in our technological economy. There are apps on the iPad that will help me as the classroom teacher meet all the needs of my special learners.
It will truly allow me to individualize assignments and assessments, which will provide a buy-in for my students. Students will use these materials to create computer science projects that deal with computational thinking, networks, programming, etc.
