Hands on learning centers will really benefit my students. Since the pandemic I have noticed a lot of learning gaps with my students. Some students had to go virtual, and began to struggle in reading and math. Some students had to quarantine for weeks at a time, this caused them to miss out on a lot of valuable classroom time.
Students really enjoy learning centers, they enjoy them even more when they can interact with each other, and use their hands. These learning centers will help students fill phonemic gaps, while also enjoying social interaction that they may have not gotten while being virtual. They also will get to use their hands and use their creativity.
