I will be a first year teacher to my second grade class this upcoming Fall! Setting up a new classroom from scratch requires a lot of patience, time, and organization. The supplies in this project will help me to effectively create an organized space where the students feel safe, welcome, and in control of their learning. Organizational bins, magnetic shelves, and a pocket chart are some of the resources that I plan to use in order to effectively set up and organize my classroom in a way that benefits my students and keeps their learning environment controlled and less chaotic.
