Materials chosen will help my students with sensory needs and stabilizing or avoiding unexpected behaviors. These tools help students with Autism disorder self regulate and be able to focus on learning functional skills and academics. In addition, the addition of the tools we will be able to focus on developing other important skills in the classroom and they will make the student's day more productive. When needed students will use items to sit and attend or to request a break and get the sensory input that is so necessary for my students.
