Adults with disabilities who receive direct vocational training are better prepared to enter the workforce and are more likely to sustain employment. Students will have a workstation that is more like a real-world setting with a workbench and proper lighting for the tasks. They will be able to stock a chip clip that resembles a concession stand where they may be employed part-time. By donating to our project, you will help students with pre-employment training that will focus on their abilities rather than disabilities and ultimately improve their quality of life.
