In order to maintain social distancing, my students need to stay in their seats while learning. We take movement breaks, but it still amounts to a lot of sitting. I've noticed some students need more movement than others. After borrowing wobble stools and wobble seat cushions from a kindergarten coworker, I saw how much more engaged some of my learners were after having the option to move while sitting. I noticed students chose the seats that I would not have expected to. The seats would be an option each day for any student who feels the need to use one.
