Many children come to school without knowing about or having basic hygiene items. This is especially difficult as they enter puberty.
Children living in poverty lack basic necessities. These items will help them learn about self-care in terms of cleanliness and staying healthy. Girls who have their first menses at school will have supplies available as they are usually unprepared for it. Boys will have supplies as they learn about body changes and odors. Tissues will help everyone remain healthier during cold and flu season.
Thank you so much for your help.
