I am requesting lap trays, a bungee chair, an area rug and ball chairs. No matter the student, all children love to learn. Sometimes it can be difficult to learn when sitting in an uncomfortable seat all day. Just like adults kids need seating that helps them stay engaged and comfortable. It can be reading a good book, writing a story, or working on a new math concept.
Studies have shown higher achievement in children when they are given options and feel comfortable while learning.
