Having an herb garden will make fresh flavors available to integrate into our food. Students will be able to learn to garnish food and experience fresh flavors. Many times it just isn't economical to buy bunches of herbs when we can't use them all. Being able to harvest herbs, students will learn to use them fresh, dry them or freeze them. Students will also be able to take excess home to share and teach their families how to use them.
Fresh herbs will take our culinary experience to the next level!
