Erasable pens are a lifesaver, they help eliminate trash and time wasted ( since they do not need to be sharpened every couple of minutes). Grid paper helps students work more precisely with numbers. They get a better visual of what functions need to be done and are able to align numbers easily for better problem solutions. The use of highlighters is essential in allowing students with special needs to concentrate and all others with better ways to compete in problem-solving strategies.
