I am looking to enhance our music time with items that will allow my students to move their bodies along with the music. Through the use of rhythm sticks, egg shakers, movements scarves and ribbons, bean bags, and bells our music time will instantly become more engaging.
By using these musical motivators my students will become active participants in our music time---moving their bodies, singing the songs, and enjoying music. It is important to give young learners every opportunity to explore while learning. What a better way to do it than through music!
