Phonological processing disorders- difficulty pronouncing words, substituting or omitting certain sounds, problems with rhyming word segmentation, and difficulties with reading and spelling.
Language disorders- Difficulty understanding or expressing language, including vocabulary, grammar, and sentence structure.
Fluency disorders- Difficulty with the flow of speech, such as stuttering or cluttering.
Pragmatic language disorders- Problems with higher-level communication skills, such as understanding and using abstract language, social skills, and following complex instructions.
