My students sit on the floor for lessons. They do a lot of activities in circles, small groups and larger groups. This rug will be a great since my classroom will have tile and my students will need a comfortable place to sit. They will also be able to find their sports easier with the letters on the rug. The center of the rug can help y older students with learning music notes on the staff and play staff games. Many music teachers have this rug and I've never been able to afford one with little no no music budget.
