Very few of my students have ever been involved in any type of arts program before so the availability of art supplies in their homes is almost nonexistent. With that being said, I have some VERY talented students and I want to provide them with the best supplies that I can! Art is a way to open the mind and be creative and to sometimes get away the world's problems and just BE. I want my classroom to be a place that fosters this freedom to create and lets students leave their worries at the door and have some time to be happy with what they can do with their own hands!
Your donations for this project will help to foster a love for creating art for students who may never get the chance to be creative outside of my four walls! My desire is for my students to use these resources to create art that is meaningful and might even allow them to showcase some skills that they didn't know they had!
About my class
