My third grade students work so hard every year learning their multiplication facts. We practice in class and they work hard at home as well. We put our facts to music. We skip count. We use creative motion.
But when it comes down to it, students have to put in their own time to practice their facts at home and I want to make them feel very special when they've achieved their goal. This is why I want to make customized yard signs so they can show their family and neighbors just how hard they have worked!
