Celebrating diversity and reading are two things that are very important in my classroom! As a first year teacher, my classroom library is currently quite limited. By donating to my project, you will be helping me to grow my library in order to provide my students with a wide variety of diverse books.
In my classroom library, I want my students to be able to find and enjoy books that celebrate diversity and feature characters with a wide range of different cultures and backgrounds.
It is my biggest dedication as a teacher to meet the needs of each of my students. Part of meeting the needs of my students includes providing them with a library including books of interest to them. My hopes are to be able to offer my students books with diverse characters to inspire a love for reading and lifelong learning!
